Sampy’s terms and conditions article is expressed in universal layman’s terms. If you would like to use Sampy’s service but you do not understand our terms and conditions, you must refer to the Sampy team for an explanation to avoid making any invalid assumptions.

Terms/phrases uses to refer to Sampy here on after will include: ‘Sampy’ ‘Sampy team’ ‘Sampy platform’ ‘Sampy service’ ‘us’ ‘our’ ‘we’ ‘Sampy’s social platform’.

Sampy only allows users who are age 18 and above to sign up for an account. You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform.
You are not allowed to use Sampy to create or promote violence, nudity or pornography, bullying, any form of discrimination or hate.
You must allow Sampy to access your location:

(a) To find sample nearby and alert users of such samples

(b) even after you have stopped using the app, Sampy may access your location to find samples nearby

(d) if Sampy alerts you of a sample that is not nearby your location, you must understand that this could be a technological glitch and report to the Sampy team.

4) You are allowed to have only ONE Sampy account. You are not allowed to create multiple accounts; you are not allowed to create accounts on behalf of someone else. You are not allowed to collect or use the login credentials of other Sampy users.

5) You are responsible for keeping your password private and secure. If you believe that your profile has been hacked, you must report this to the Sampy team.

6) Your Sampy account must be created only for the purpose of posting and/or finding samples (in compliances with our samples guideline). You are not allowed to create an account to spam, create fake sample posts or to lure a person to a location.

7) Sampy is a social platform that may require you to go to the location of the sample. Due to this, you may meet real people and do real things in the real world, which can sometimes lead to unexpected situations. We do not have the ability to control what happens in the real world, hence, we are not responsible for it. You should use common sense and good judgment when deciding to go to the sample’s location. Sampy is not responsible for the loss of your time or any inconveniences in your pursuit of a sample, going to a sample’s location or interacting with businesses, other Sampy users, or people/animals in general.

8) You must understand that Sampy offers only 2 ways of posting samples:

a. Our ‘User posts’ feed: Regardless of your situation, Sampy reserves the right to remove any post that is not in compliance with a universally accepted 24 hour time frame.

b. Our ‘Company posts’ feed can only be posted by a Sampy team member or an authorized business.

9) You must understand that you are responsible for any activity that occurs through your account and you agree you will not sell, transfer, license or assign your account, posts, username, or any account rights. You also represent that all information you have provided or currently provide to Sampy upon registration and at all other times will be true, accurate, current and complete and you agree to update your information as necessary to maintain its truth and accuracy.

10. You must not defame, stalk, bully, abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate people or entities and you must not post private or confidential information onto the Sampy platform, including, without limitation, your or any other person's credit card information, social security or alternate national identity numbers, non-public phone numbers or non-public email addresses.

11) You may not use the sampy’s platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all laws, rules and regulations (for example, federal, state, local and provincial) applicable to your use of the Sampy platform and your Content (defined below), including but not limited to, copyright laws.

12. You will not use or develop any third-part application that interacts with Sampy or any of its users’ content or information without consent.

13. You will not use Sampy’s platform to interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other users from fully enjoying Sampy’s social platform, or that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functioning of Sampy’s social platform.

14. You will not upload viruses or other malicious code or otherwise compromise the security of Sampy.

15. You will not attempt to bypass any content-filtering techniques we use, or attempt to access areas or features of Sampy that you are not authorized to access.

16. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, files, information, usernames, images, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, sounds, musical works, works of authorship, applications, links and other content or materials (collectively, "Content") that you submit, post or display on or via the Sampy Platform.

17. You must not change, modify, adapt or alter the Service or change, modify or alter another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with the Service or Instagram.

18. Violation of these Terms of Use may, in Sampy sole discretion, result in termination of your Sampy account. You understand and agree that Sampy cannot and will not be responsible for the Content posted on the Service and you use the Service at your own risk. If you violate the letter or spirit of these Terms of Use, or otherwise create risk or possible legal exposure for Sampy, we can stop providing all or part of the sampy service to you.
